Sawicki speaking at public defender's conference

John Sawicki is speaking at the Florida Public Defender's Life Over Death conference in Bonita Springs, Florida on September 12. Sawicki's presentation will examine historical and realtime cell records (CSLI), cell phone tracking and law enforcement's Stingray device.
